DMCA & Copyright Policy

Kluvr respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. We respond promptly to valid copyright infringement notices.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe content on Kluvr infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing all of the following:

Your contact details — full name, email address, and postal address.

Identification of the copyrighted work — describe the work you claim has been infringed. If multiple, a representative list.

Location of the infringing content — the exact URL(s) on Kluvr where the infringing content appears.

Good faith statement — "I have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."

Accuracy statement — "The information in this notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the owner, or am authorised to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."

Your signature — physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised representative.
What Happens Next
- We will review your notice and remove or disable access to the infringing content if valid.
- We will notify the user who posted the content that it has been removed.
- The user may submit a counter-notice if they believe the removal was in error.
- Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
Counter-Notice
If your content was removed and you believe this was in error, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@Kluvr.com containing:
- Your contact details
- Identification of the removed content and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake
- Your signature and consent to UK court jurisdiction
Misuse of DMCA Process
Submitting a false DMCA notice is a serious legal matter. We reserve the right to pursue legal action against those who abuse the DMCA process.
