Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Kluvr ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kluvr (operated by Gherasima, United Kingdom).

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use Kluvr. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts where we have reason to believe the user is under 13.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
• One person may not operate multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions.
• You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

4. Your Content & Intellectual Property

You own your content. By posting content on Kluvr, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, distribute and promote your content within the Service. We do not claim ownership of anything you post.

You confirm that content you post:

• Does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.
• Does not contain personal data of others without their consent.
• Is not defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading.

5. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You must not post, share, or promote:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, immediately reported to authorities.
• Content that incites hatred based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
• Threats of violence or content that harasses, bullies, or intimidates others.
• Spam, scams, phishing, or fraudulent deals.
• Content that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction or the United Kingdom.
• Malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn").

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban without notice.

6. Deals & Advertising

Kluvr allows users to post deals and product recommendations. You are responsible for ensuring deals you post are accurate, legal, and not misleading. We are not responsible for transactions between users and third-party sellers.

Sponsored deals are clearly labelled. Advertisers must comply with UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) guidelines and CAP Code.

7. Privacy & Data

Your privacy matters to us. Please read our Privacy Policy which explains what data we collect, why, and your rights under UK GDPR.

8. Service Availability

We aim for maximum uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any loss arising from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kluvr is not liable for:

• Content posted by users.
• Transactions between users and third parties.
• Loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
• Indirect or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by going to Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
